Promoting an active and social life

At Grimston Court stimulation and relaxation is a very important part of the care we offer. We focus on a balance of one-to-one and group activities aimed at encouraging active and social lives.

Residents at Grimston Court are consulted and have direct input into our wide-ranging activity programme, which changes monthly. To promote further health and wellbeing, we also have frequent visits from a Hairdresser, Chiropodist, Dentist, Optician, Physiotherapist and Aromatherapist.
