Why Grimston Court Care Home is the perfect choice
The Commission for Social Care Inspection are the Governing body for all care homes in the UK. The following extracts were taken from their reports following routine inspections at all our homes in July 2005.
The staff provide a warm and comfortable clean home for people to live in. Service users said that they are supported to maintain their independence and were treated at all times with respect.
Staff were observed to provide appropriate care when supporting service users in maintaining their independence in all daily tasks. Service users made comments such as “Staff are very good and caring”.
Service users also made positive comments about the food as one service user said, “the food is just excellent”.
One relative said that in the two weeks her mother had been staying at Grimston Court her quality of life had much improved, “Mum is now a changed woman she has only been here two weeks and is enjoying life again. She is looking forward to becoming a permanent resident”.
